
The
meeting was held at the PHCC Corporate Office in Pasay City, Metro Manila,
and was attended by Lee Ann T. Manuel and the PHCC team, Christian Gravador
representing the PRA, Congressman Jonathan dela Cruz, Henry V. Bayubay,
President and CEO of Biorganism Corporation, and Joshua Kerby Sagun, Operations
Manager of BB 88 Advertising and Digital Solutions Inc.
The PRA
serves as the Advocacy Lead of the project, promoting sustainable
development, climate resilience, environmental responsibility, and food
security.
Pasay
Harbor City Corporation is one of the major proponents supporting the development and
advancement of the initiative.
Meanwhile,
Biorganism Corporation serves as the Technology Provider and Technical
Expert, providing expertise in Smart Climate Greenhouse systems,
climate-smart agriculture, controlled-environment farming, sustainable food
production, and agricultural technology.

Advertising and Digital Solutions Inc. supports the project through digital technology,
communications, systems development, and technology integration.
During
the meeting, the project team presented the objectives, technology, and
proposed implementation framework of the Sustainable Smart Climate Greenhouse
Project. The PHCC team raised several questions regarding the initiative,
allowing the project proponents and technical team to further explain the
project's objectives and potential benefits.
The
discussions resulted in a better understanding and appreciation of the project
and its broader advocacy.
Although
the presentation was held in Pasay City, the project is intended for nationwide
deployment across the Philippines. The initiative seeks to establish Smart
Climate Greenhouses through partnerships with government institutions, local
government units, private organizations, communities, educational institutions,
agricultural groups, cooperatives, and other stakeholders.
The
project promotes climate-smart agriculture, sustainable food production, water
management, environmental protection, and food security.
The
technology component is supported by the broader BC AgriSystem Smart
Agriculture framework, which promotes greenhouse farming, sustainable
agriculture, digital technology integration, water management, soil and
nutrient awareness, and agricultural education.
Initial
implementation activities are expected to begin next month, subject to the
required coordination, technical planning, approvals, and implementation
arrangements.
The
project proponents said the initiative aims to develop a scalable Smart Climate
Greenhouse model that can be adapted to different communities and locations
across the country.

Sustainable Smart Climate Greenhouse Project is being positioned as a collaborative
initiative that combines sustainability advocacy, private sector
participation, agricultural technology, and digital innovation in support
of a more climate-resilient and food-secure Philippines.
